"Loved the Location!"

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids. It was a convenient walk to town. The place was exactly as pictured and we appreciated having two rooms and two bathrooms. We did make use of the beach umbrella, chairs, and towels. The only downside, which wasn’t specific to this property, are the loud roosters and other birds that start around 4am. Ear plugs helped a lot. My kids liked both pools. We had no issues finding street parking each week.

"Paradise"

My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the condo. It was beautiful and the ability to pick which pool to go to was a plus for our kids! The location was perfect, we were able to walk down to front street and enjoy the restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend this property if you come visit Maui, I know we will definitely be coming back!

"Great Condo"

The condo was fabulous and everything we expected. Although we had a car, I liked that It was within walking distance to Front street which is where we spent the majority of our time. "Lovely Lahaina condo"

Perfect location within walking distance of downtown Lahaina and Baby Beach. It had all of the essentials and was surprisingly spacious. The beach towels, cooler, and Maui Guide were greatly appreciated. If it wasn't for two minor inconveniences I would have given five stars. (The road noise was a louder than expected, and parking per day was a bit expensive: ~$20 per day, and despite other reviews, street parking was hard to find.)

Property was clean and as described. Great for two couples. Had everything we needed and then some! It was a great stay. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay near a beautiful downtown while still maintaining some peace and quiet. Absolutely so grateful I booked this spot!

"Wonderful Affordable Unit"

This unit is laid out very nicely inside, and provides a small kitchen so you can cook in without eating out all the time. Also, it is well situated for day trips across the island, or if you want to explore Lahaina. The price is very reasonable and made our trip to Maui very affordable. Things to consider: 1. This unit is on the second floor and I did not see an elevator. 2. The exterior lighting in the parking areas is a bit dim, possibly since this unit is located in a residential neighborhood. Mahalo nui loa to Miranda who is super-responsive and helpful, including providing tips on things to see and do.

"Family stay in Maui"

Had a pretty good stay at the property. Did have an issue with ants but it was addressed and taken care of quickly. Miranda was great, let us do late check out! Location was amazing!

"Lovely Lahaina"

This place has been perfect for me and my family. It's so close to every Beach we want to go to and very nice facilities. The infinity pool on the grounds is amazing and the staff here and security has been perfect.

"Super Place in a Super Location"

This is the 2nd time we have stayed on this property and we love the location which is close to everything. My teens were able to walk everywhere and the pool and grounds are very nice. Miranda (the property manager) was so very easy to work with and helpful. The condo was well stocked, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

"Good location and amenities"

We arrived at night and had to drive around the property for a while to find the right/ best way to get to the actual unit, but once we found it- we were good. There is a lack of street lighting throughout the island- not just on the condo property.

The 2 br and 2 bath setup was ideal for us 3. We all decided that having our whole group of 5 there (original idea) would not have been comfortable. We were thankful for the washer/ dryer and beach cooler and chairs and towels (our friends stayed in a different unit and didn’t have that stuff).

The master bedroom was missing a lightbulb in one of the lamps so the lighting (for makeup application) was not ideal. The bathroom was well lit, BUT the mirror hung so high I couldn’t see all of my hair to even curl it. The counter was large, but that meant that the mirror was very far away, so makeup was just hard to do all around. I needed to do mine because we were going to a wedding. I wouldn’t let this deter you from staying here!! I just wanted to give an honest review.

The showers are awesome!

Miranda was responsive but came off very crass on our last day. We received a phone call at the unit at 9:15am and I was taken aback by her tone of voice. We hasn’t talked physically ever. She just said “hello just checking on how your stay was” it was great, thanks! And then said “is there anything I should know?” And I thought I was being tested or setup....”no, I don’t think so?” “Is anything broken!?” She said. “No?” (In hindsight I should have let her know about the freaking lightbulb that was missing our whole stay). It was just the way she was asking me questions I felt a little offended, but I guess I can understand that her job requires that sort of demeanor.

We went ahead and paid for parking every day of our stay because street parking did not look readily available. But I’m not sure how enforced that parking passes are because i saw many cars without passes and never saw a tow truck...also- our friends came over a few times and parked there without a problem.

It’s a great location for the price. Our friends opted for the Lahaina inn and their room including their bathroom was the size of 1 of our bedrooms. They had no fridge, no hangers/ closet, and no Vanity.

Condo does not have housekeeping (which we knew) just wanted to remind you! I brought a few laundry pods, but there was some detergent there. Only one roll of paper towels though. Plenty of toilet paper.

Stayed in this unit from the 2nd of February to the 10th of February 2019. Very clean. Walking distance to the shops in Lahaina. Beach towels and chairs available. Comfortable beds. No bugs or rodents. Nice and quiet. Parking is extra, but we were able to find on street parking throughout our stay. Would return to this unit and this complex.

"Great location, very nice facility!"

This was our 2nd visit here. We love the location within walking distance to several great places to eat and shop. Great beaches within a short drive. A wonderful pool and very nice staff.
In the unlikely instance there becomes a need during your stay, the staff is very quick to address any issues.
The only down side to our stay, was an afternoon trip at the pool during a busy time. We eventually left the pool due to smaller children (est. 8-10 yr olds) simply being being kids, however the lack of parenting was disrespectful of other guests using the pool. The kids were throwing toys in the pool and jump in the pool splashing. While these kids were just being kids, it is fustrating that I have to parent somebody else’s kids while on vacation. The parents were apparently too intoxicated to be bothered by their children.
Something to be said for “adult only” properties.

"Authentically Hawaiian"

This property was exactly as listed and in a wonderful location. Just a couple blocks from Front Street and a little further to the harbor. If you're looking for a more authentic local feel, this place is perfect. There are lots of touristy shops for your shopping enjoyment along Front Street. There are many historical places within walking distance. And there is wonderful food options close by. If making your own food is your preference, the kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure, as well as bbq's available for use by the smaller pool. The only thing I would want to note regarding the kitchen (and as technology changes, this would likely change too) is that the Keurig in the kitchen uses the 2.0 pods, so if you get groceries on your way and coffee is on that list, make sure your pods are of the 2.0 variety. The pools are great for lounging, enjoying the sun and cooling down in the water. As the town is not centrally located, a vehicle for sightseeing is handy, but parking is available. This condo was fantastic and we recommend it.

Miranda's unit was perfect for our stay. Clean and well-stocked with all the necessities... as well as some thoughtful extras. It is a second floor unit, so no one walking on your head. Easy walk-to-town location... just superb! I also appreciated the binder of visitor information in the room, containing answers to every question I could imagine. I would love to stay again.

"Perfect place for a family"

Everything was clean and comfy for our little family of 3. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners in or if we wanted to go into Front street we were a quick walk away. The pools were awesome! There is a fee for parking at $20 a day, but street parking is kind of tight so to us it was worth paying. We will definitely be back!

This apartment was everything we needed. It's walking distance to the local spots in Lahaina, beautiful pools (although one was closed due to the hurricane) and had all the amenities we needed too. We had four adults which fit the space perfect, it would have pushed it having 6 in there with 2 on the sofa bed. Everything was clean and spotless. The best part was our host Miranda, who looked after our every need when Hurricane Lane hit and we needed to relocate. She was easily to get in contact with and answered every question. Highly recommend this spot, would definitely stay again!

Miranda was great with communication from the minute I booked. I checked out and left my ipad in the unit and Miranda picked up the phone at 9pm and helped me get back in to retrieve in time to not miss my flight. Would definitely visit again. Lahaina and Maui are 10/10.

It's an interesting arrangement. It's basically a condo within a resort so you'll have some guests that have daily made service and have to check in with the front desk. My experience was bypassing that and just getting a code to the door. You still get access to both pools.

A note about parking -
The resort charges $20/day. There's free street parking mere feet away from the condo that is hit or miss, and if you miss there's a 24 hr lot less than a block away that charges just $15/day.

"Perfect condo for families!"

My husband and I just recently stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it! We decided to take our 18 month old baby and mother in law along as well and the the 2 bed/2 bath was perfect for our family.

We have stayed at Aina Nalu two years ago, but through a different vendor and knew we had to stay here again. The location in Lahaina couldn't get any better as we were just a couple blocks from downtown and Front Street. Being from WA and dealing with a 3 hour time difference, my son decided to wake up at 4 AM Maui time the first morning we were there. Right as the sun was rising, we were out the door exploring the town! Even though most shops weren't open except for Starbucks, it was a huge plus to have the town so close. Walking along the water in the morning was such a treat and my son loved it!

The condo is comfy and it is nice that it has 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Having the corner unit was also very nice and the main pool is amazing! It even comes with some added bonuses for your stay such as boogie boards, small cooler, pack n' play and some sand toys.

Miranda was so accommodating and responsive, she really made our vacation worry free. Our son was sick the last couple of days of vacation and we had to take him to urgent care. We called and asked for a late check out and to our luck, no one happened to be checking in the next day. She was more than happy to let us do so and sweet enough to give us the name of an urgent care near town. Her kindness and was so much appreciated and after finding out no one had the place booked after us, we decided to extend our vacation one more day!

We will definitely be staying here again in the future. We hope to make Maui a yearly vacation for us 🙂

"Perfect location for our 5 travellers! Ideally located within the Aina Nalu resort."

We loved B209! It was the top floor, therefore bright. It was a corner suite, therefore quiet. It was the most central to both pools so if I needed to go find my kids (11 and 16) it was never far to go. So close to town made it super convenient. Shopping? Walk. Need some groceries? Walk. Surf lessons? Walk. Dinner out? Walk. Zinc oxide for burnt nose? Walk. Emergency chocolate fix at 10 pm? Walk. Loved the location. We were with two kids and grandma. We also took advantage of the outdoor bbq and the larger common area when we had some friends and family over for dinner. 12 people in the apartment would not have worked but it was no problem in the common area. Basic beach gear available in the apartment as well. One improvement to the experience would be a better mattress in the foldout sofa. Lucky our son is a thin guy who didn’t seem to mind, but we had to pad the bed to make it comfortable for him. We also got to see two other apartments at two different resorts north of Lahaina and everyone in our family agreed it was our favourite and we would choose here again over any of the other two. Lahaina is more touristy than we would normally choose as a family, but it also meant there was a different kind of vibrant energy to our experience. Given our family’s makeup we thought it was perfect. Because we rented a car, we could drive to the best beaches. Lahaina beaches are okay but certainly there are more spectacular ones up island. We are actually considering coming again! We are the type to try new things and don’t repeat, but this location was just very easy. And of course...Hawaii. It was our first time to Hawaii but we’d love to come back.

Nice condo, in good shape. Good kitchen but as usual in condo rentals, terrible knives. It's on 2nd floor and no elevator so pack light. Pools are really nice. We enjoyed it.

"Fantastic!"

The condo was fantastic! If you’re looking for a great place to stay, definitely check this place out! Great location, great decor, had everything we needed and more 🙂 It was so much nicer than staying in a congested resort area, but still close enough to walk to restaurants and local “to dos.” If we ever get the opportunity to get back to Maui, this will be our first choice! Miranda was great and easy to work with as well 🙂 My only comments are that it could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the walls are a bit thin (we could hear nearly everything outside and our neighbors to the left). There were also tiny sugar ants in the kitchen (but we live on Oahu, and know that sometimes they just come with the territory!!), but they were easily taken care of with spray that was available underneath the sink. There is nothing that would dissuade us from staying again! Much Mahalos for the hospitality and home away from home!!!

This condo was perfect and was exactly as the pictures shown. Location made it great to walk to Lahaina for shopping and dining. I highly suggest Lahaina Pizza and Kimo's.
My only issue with the condo is the mirror in the master bath was hung to high. I am only 5'1" and could only see my eyes in the mirror lol. I did tell Miranda about it so hopefully it got lowered. Minor complaint for sure cause the condo is very nice.

"Great Condo in Town"

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. It was affordable, clean, and cozy.Finding parking on the street was not a problem (to save costs) and it was so close to downtown Lahaina. We stayed here with my best friend so there was space for my husband, my baby, me and then my best friend. I figured if she got tired of dealing with the fam she can walk into town. They have a pack and play for the baby, along with a boogie board and some lounge chairs. There is a tiny patio, air con units and fans. The bathrooms seem updated and very nice! You are not on the beach, like the resorts, but you are close to the water and if you have a car you can drive to any beaches! The one requirement my friend had was a nice pool and this place had 2 of them! The pool felt like I was at nice pool side resort in Thailand. Loved it. You should definitely stay here!

The reason why I have it 4 stars was because there where some ants in the apartment so we couldn't leave our food out or they got into everything. But they weren't to bad. And also the hide a bed was broken. But besides that this place was awesome! Literally a block away from everything you need food, shops, restaurants, ocean. We walked everywhere is was all so close. And the condo was very clean and perfect place for us. I would definitely stay here again.

She not only worked with us in adding onto our reservation, she also worked with us when the trip had to be cut short due to a family issues. I highly recommend staying here. "Location, Location, Location!"

The location of this condo was so convenient to Front Street, yet it had the feeling of being in your own tropical paradise. We absolutely loved the condo, the grounds (with the two pools and the beautiful mountainous backdrop) and the easy access to everything Front Street had to offer, including Lahaina Harbor. The condo was comfortable and having the full kitchen and washer and dryer made us feel right at home, we were able to cook some meals and have our coffee and happy hour at the condo to save a little change. We also enjoyed our nightly walks down to the shops to get shaved ice or gelato. My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult children and we fell in love with Maui. Miranda was very helpful and responsive in our communication and our family is already trying to figure out when we can go back!

My husband and I recently returned from our honeymoon in Hawaii. We had an incredible stay at Aina Nalu! The unit was large, well maintained, and had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our stay. And the property itself is great, we loved the infinity pools and cabanas! Miranda was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with.

Location, amenities, Condo- all of it was amazing. The rooms were large, the showers even larger. 2 pools that were relaxing. Washer and dryer. I come from San Francisco where dish wAsher and washer and dryers are a rarity so we very much enjoyed these extra amenties. It was a great location. We kept the windows open in the evening, as to save energy by not using the AC. The only time we found it loud is when children/infants would be upset in the AM and the parents would bring those Upset kids outside Onto the deck, and with the windows open you hear everything. But, nothing wrong with the condo. We hAd an amazing time, very worth the price. I have told multiple friends about this place.

"Perfect vacation rental"

Stayed in this unit for a week recently and could not have been happier. Extremely well kept and super comfortable in every aspect. Everything you need to stay in and cook is already there, which is a huge plus. Excellent appliances and great TVs in every room for in house entertainment. Amazing original photography hanging throughout which gives the unit a great Hawaiian feel. Grounds surrounding the property are beautiful and the pools/hot tub are top notch. Highly recommend nabbing this gem of a unit on your next trip to paradise! Aloha!!

"Fantastic rental condo in the heart of Lahaina"

I recently stayed in this unit for a week and could not have been happier with the space and all the amenities it has to offer. Super comfortable beds with perfect sized very nice flat screen TVs in every room. Owner has hung amazing photographs of the beautiful animals that are native to the waters surrounding Maui which is a great touch! Kitchen has brand new appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare in home meals if you were so inclined. There are 4 nice sized gas grills on the property located near the fantastic pools & hot tub which are just a short walk out the door. The rest of the grounds in Aina Nalu are beautifully landscaped with all of the palm trees and tropical plants/ flowers you would expect to see on Maui. Also the grounds are located just a short 1-2 block walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Front St which can save a lot of money by not having to park, most lots charge by the hour down on Front and near the harbor/beaches. I highly recommend this unit for all it has to offer and at a great rate! I know I will be locking it down on my next trip back! Aloha!

"Condo with Aloha Spirit"

This is an amazing casual condo! I stayed a week here and didn't want to leave. It's well appointed, clean, roomy, and offers privacy + lots of comfort. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, including the pools and hot tub. It's located close to Front Street so it was fun to walk and explore the shops, restaurants, historical sites, and waterfront. I'll definitely stay here again when I return.

The condo was perfect for our Maui vacation! It is a beautiful, spacious condo and was plenty big for 4 people. Just a few blocks from Front St in Lahaina, which allowed us to walk everywhere and not spend additional money on parking. I would love to stay here again during my next visit to Maui!

"Maui Destination Wedding - 4 ppl"

This condo was great! Location was perfect for the wedding as it was only a 7 min walk. Only concern was the sugar ants in the sink when we arrived. I assume cause it's Hawaii, it's probably tough to keep them away, but we didn't mind. Also, Aina Nalu is pretty strict on their policies, not the fault of the owner, but just as a heads up beware if you are looking for a more lively spot. Not sure they exist on Maui though, whole island is pretty quiet at night.

"Wonderful Vacation Spot"

My family and I just came home from a week in this condo. It was a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean, well appointed, quiet and the perfect home away from home. We were traveling with our 18 month old so it was important for us to be in a safe and comfortable place. The grounds were immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is also fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere we needed within minutes. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a wonderful stay in Lahaina!

This place was awesome and very convenient! Each morning we could walk down to the shops and restaurants and even the beach for breakfast or dinner. Lots of good shopping and great nightlife also in walking distance. The place itself was very clean and beautiful. There were 2 or 3 pools that were amazing! They also had cabana seating and BBQ grills. I am 22 years old and condo, along with the area and places around it had so many things to do for people my age and any age! There was even a church on the beach that we got to walk to on Sunday morning. Overall it was a great place and experience and would be great for any type of person or family.

"Amazing Property"

This condo is very beautiful and was more than we expected. Everything you want or need is within walking distance. We had shops, fine and casual dinning, night life, local history, activities to plan, fishing and the wharf just a block or so away. I was able to step out for shopping, grab a cup of local Hawaiian coffee or shaved ice while waiting for the rest of the family to get ready. The 2 Pools that were very relaxing and cozy. Miranda was a pleasure and very sweet to work with. We stayed for 6 days and were extremely satisfied. Perfect for all ages and getaways.

I stayed 5 days and was totally satisfied with the property in downtown Lahaina. The property was beautiful, well kept, the pools were great and it was 150 yards from the beaches and downtown just 1 block away. My experience with Miranda the property mgr was very good.
