Cancellation Policy
NO cancellations by guest within 30 days of arrival. A cancellation fee of one-night rental if canceled by guest prior to the 30 days. Reservation may be canceled by Maui No Ka' Oi Properties if full payment has not been received when due.
If you are unable to travel on the original dates, due to an emergency we are encouraging guests to reschedule at any of our Maui No Ka' Oi properties with full credit at a later date, subject to availability and rates.

Deposit Policy
Reservation deposits due upon booking and are only refundable based on emergency situations, by review.

The location is great, especially if you like a more local non-resort vibe, right on the beach with a stellar view. There is a very small beach with access from a side gate, plus there is a small pool right beyond the lanai. The condo is a relaxed Hawaiian vibe, has funky decor, and has a fantastic selection of beach accessories in an outdoor closet (chairs, wagon, cooler, boogie board, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc.), a few games and books, and a decently stocked kitchen (further info below). The living room furniture was comfy and the TV was huge. Do note the beds are VERY firm. Families can also be loud at the complex. There were lots of extra items in closets and storage bins (extra towels, pillows, linens, etc.). There was also a supply cabinet with lots of cleaning items. Check in and out was smooth and seamless. The host was responsive to our needs that we reported. There were a few concerns reported to the host, but overall we were happy with stay.
