NO cancellations by guest within 30 days of arrival. A cancellation fee of one-night rental if canceled by guest prior to the 30 days. Reservation may be canceled by Maui No Ka' Oi Properties if full payment has not been received when due.
If you are unable to travel on the original dates, due to an emergency we are encouraging guests to reschedule at any of our Maui No Ka' Oi properties with full credit at a later date, subject to availability and rates.

A beautiful location directly I. The ocean, listening to the surf was so relaxing! Spotted many sea turtles directly on the other side of the sea wall!

The only problem was the dishwasher did not work and the dishes before our trip were put away dirty. Miranda was quick to respond and offered housekeeping to come and re wash the dishes which was not needed. she was very responsive. We will definitely be back.
