"The most amazing property!"

This is the most amazing property around. My bother in law who lives in Maui, and my in laws who visit once a year for the last 10 years, said they have never seen a rental like this one. The easy access to the pool and the ocean is unmatched. As well as having our own washer and dryer! With the doors open the breeze was lovely to cool everything down. If I ever have to stay anywhere else in Maui, I will be heartbroken. It was fun to share the pool with other guests, we got to meet people from all over the world. This complex is quiet in the evening, which is so nice after a long day of sightseeing or other activities.

We stay on a different island each year, and this year it was back to Maui. We were traveling with our son and his new wife, as well as our single son. So we rented 2 units in the same complex this one and 105. Overall we really enjoyed our time on Maui, and this complex worked out great. Separate spaces but close.

The grounds were well maintained by the onsite property manager. As an avid swimmer, I really appreciated the pool right outside our door, though bigger would have been nice. The Barbecue was used regularly, and was such a convenience steps from our slider. The Beach was great, although it washed away about halfway through our time. Lots of turtles swimming right out in front and on the beach, and of course whales were spouting and breaching in the distance.

We had two units, so I have some basis for comparison. This unit had many failings. First of all, the write up implies fairly recent renovation. This place looks like it was last remodeled in the 80's! And we think the beds may be older than that!!

Couple a lousy bed with mismatched mattresses (top mattress larger than box), with the LOUD sound of water coming down the downspout when it rained as well as sprinkler heads coming at 1:30 AM and you have severe lack of sleep. Also not sure the last time the bedspread was washed, it was badly stained and needed a cleaning or replacing.

My wife wasn't sleeping well on a rainy night due to the downspout noise, and tried the sofa in the living room. She reported it to be extremely uncomfortable and smelly.

The kitchen knives were a joke. Barely cut cheese or bread, let alone anything with substance. Supplies were inadequate. I have never had to make trips to the store to get paper towels or toilet paper in any of our VRBO stays. I think we ran out of both in the first week.

The complex is in a beautiful location, and with a few buck spent this particular unit could arguably be the best unit in the place. Hopefully the owner will realize this and address some of these issues.

We can not wait to come back, and this is where we will stay! Making the reservation was easy. We had a party of 3 adults and 2 kids. The pool and the beach are just RIGHT there. The unit had everything we needed with plenty of towels and extra pillows. The resident manager, Joe, is wonderful, gave us lots of info about the area and where to go. Miranda went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much.

"Perfect place to relax & unwind!"

We stayed 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer! The unit is perfect, the location is ideal and the view is amazing!

Miranda was very helpful and flexible with some last minute changes. The unit is very clean and quiet. We were able to watch the turtles come & go from the beach and Joe, the property manager was very friendly! Loved,loved, loved! Definitely recommend!

"Great location and fabulous views"

Our family of 4 adults plus an 11 month old baby spent 4 days at this condo and had a very relaxing time we really enjoyed the pool and having a small "private" beach in front of the property. Joe the manager was very positive and helpful. The condo was very comfortable and well presented other than the second bedroom was very cramped and the second bathroom no bigger than a closet perhaps better suited for children rather than adults. On the whole a very pleasant stay thank you Miranda

The kids loved being able to step outside to the balcony and straight into the swimming pool. It made the place feel a bit bigger. It was a bit small for a family of 6 and the lack of air conditioning made it feel hot at all times.
Well stocked with beach and pool toys and the kitchen had it all.
Hard to say but I don’t think we would return.
The booking experience seemed difficult and I did not find the property manager to be very welcoming and receptive. They did have a bag or welcoming goodies including cards, coffee, souvenirs and it was nice.

"Lovely Condo in Lahaina Area"

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable and clean. The pictures look exactly like the condo. Miranda was very helpful when I had a few questions while we were staying and when we checked out. I would definitely stay at this property again and we actually do plan to come back at some point! It was super convenient having a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Definitely worth the price and we were much happier staying here vs. staying in a hotel!

Great 2 bedroom Condo. Three Adults had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool just outside the door and the beach just feet from that. What better way to spend the day. The people we met were all friendly. The manager was a hard worker. Didn't have to bother him with anything. It was a nice quiet place to stay. Only hiccup was a bad storm and got woke up about 3:00 am because the power went out and our CPAPs stopped working. Power was out for about 7 hours. Otherwise everything was great!!

"WOW"

I took my family of 5 here for our family trip to Maui, and it was FANTASTIC! My kids are 13, 11, and 9. We found everything to work great for us. Being this close to the pool and beach made the trip so easy. We didn't get to the condo until midnight on our arrival day. The next morning there was a turtle right on the beach. The kids were so excited. Joe, the condo manager was very friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next trip to Maui, and Nohonani 100 is tops on our list to stay here again.

"Amazing time and great upgrades"

I try to come out every year...I love it here and love this condo! It has everything I need; BBQ so we can sit and watch the sunset every night. It is in walking distance from multiple stores and the farmers market. You can even rent snorkeling stuff and snorkel right on the private beach. They recently installed a new retaining wall and it is BEAUTIFUL! It made all the difference and added a small lawn area! I can't wait for my next trip!

This is my third trip out and it was amazing yet again. I loved watching the whales from the lani. The new onsite manager is amazing and very helpful with everything we need. I look forward to my next visit.

The location was PERFECT for us!!Walking distance to a beach park, farmers market, coffee, good fish tacos, groceries , and lots more!! Close to several beautiful beaches! Close to Lahaina/ Front Street. Complex manager was great! The kids loved the pool and the beach. Beautiful views and sunsets. We were able to see turtles floating/eating everyday. Relaxing, homey condo with everything we needed. We absolutely loved staying here! We were sad to leave, hopefully we will be able to visit/stay here again in the future 🙂

"Wonderful week in Maui!"

We have just returned from our week in Maui and had a wonderful time. We traveled to Maui from the Seattle area with my daughters, 23 & 21 yrs old to get married. The condo was great for the 4 of us, plenty of room with the bedrooms and bathroom arrangement. The kitchen worked well and roomy enough to relax in the living room and patio. We never felt cramped. There are so many pros about staying at this condo, location, location, location. I thought guests were kidding when the turtles were mentioned, not kidding. They were on the beach everyday. We swam right off the shore with them, watched them eat the algae off the rocks. Morning to night, they were fun to watch. Great private beach, very clean, just 100 feet from the condo. We used the BBQ's every night, made some new friends around the pool and beach, everyone gets to know each other, the property manager and his family are very nice and around when needed. The condo sits in a nice quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop and grocery store with gluten free and vegan options if that is important to you. Close to everything, nice to have a car, but not completely needed. Our only issue with the condo is that it was supplied with 4 rolls of toilet paper and a half roll of paper towels and a one time use for the laundry detergent, no hand soap. I felt that after paying plenty per night for a condo, the supplies would be better. We had to hit the grocery store for items that should have been provided by the owner, the supplies and kitchen essentials are very basic and old. The condo is not dirty, but a little gritty, it could use a good cleaning on the cupboards and glass tables etc. If the owner would supply the basics needed for the guests stay, the extra money the owners spent would be much appreciated. (Maybe the owners are not aware of how the condo is being supplied and cleaned.) We are the owners of a popular VRBO condo in Leavenworth, WA VRBO #444595 and our guests love the way that we supply the condo. We ask our guests for suggestions and follow through on them. We all of the above being said, We would return to this condo (packing some basic supplies from home) and will suggest it to friends. The person who books the property was great about letting us stay a bit longer on our check out day and we appreciated that. Awesome place to relax, enjoy the water and scenery on your patio. We will be back. Thank you

I love this Condo it has everything . We have stayed here year after year and heel coming back.
You see Turtlels and Whales and stingrays. You are just steps from the beach.

"Beach views and sea turtles"

The unit is very clean and you hear and see the waves which is something we really liked . It was nice to walk out the patio doors and be steps away from the pool which is super clean ! Then you just walked down to the sandy beach ! It's also fun to watch the sea turtles who enjoy this area eat from the rocky areas , we were even fortunate enough to see a turtle come up on the beach in the evening for a quick nap !! Amazing. We were just a block away from a small farmers market and a locally owned fish market and fish taco place , real good. When we come back to Maui I would stay here again

"Girls Week"

This place has the most amazing sunsets!! The beach is within 60 feet of the lani and the pool is about 20 feet. Wait till you see the view...you have a clear open ocean and two islands, Lani and Moli'ki. Thsee pictures are accurate, the unit was clean and well maintained. We loved it here...we are coming back in November for a family trip. It is close to the farmers market held 3x a week. This is a great location for whales and the turtles come withing 30 feet of the beach...come swim with them.

"Family Vacation"

This is a great condo and experience. The condo is the end bottom corner unit, gives lots of extra privacy and easy access to pool, beach and BBQ area. The privacy blinds on the lani provide the perfect coverage to maintain the full ocean view while preventing others from looking inside the condo. The kitchen is well supplied to make cooking easy. It is the sunset side of the island....spend every sunset here. This is by far one of the best places on the island. We return year after year and will come again next year.
