We greatly enjoyed our stay and the amenities provided were perfect. Location provided a nice amount of privacy and we could step just outside to watch the sea turtles and whales.

amazing location! We intentionally always stay at this specific complex due to the views, location, pool & private beach, and how quiet and well maintained it is!!

Condo 106 was perfectly serviceable and matched the description, just keep in mind there is NO AC which made it warm during 12-4 which was a little uncomfortable for our toddler who still needed an afternoon nap. Many fans are available (Miranda quick to drop off more for us) and you must be prudent with using the shades on the lanai, so keep this in mind! We resorted to bowls of ice and blowing fans every afternoon.

we all had a wonderful time. being that close to the beach was relaxing and calm. we absolutely loved it.

Miranda was a great host. She was responsive and even reached out to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Condo was clean. Slept 5 comfortably. Great location right on the water. Good swimming beaches and snorkeling literally right outside the door. Convenient location with restaurants, shops, and grocery store within walking distance.

Love the location, space is great for two people...was a little tight for four but all worked out great. Kitchen and available "tools" were adequate. Beach access was great!

Miranda's place was pretty close to perfect for our little family. Everything is a bit dated but totally comfortable.

Pros: the view, the turtles, the whales, the pool, the private beach, grass area for kids, bottom floor corner unit

Cons: the pillows and beds were uncomfortable, the TV in the primary bedroom didn't have access to streaming services - only live TV, and the parking lot was really really small for our rented minivan - would highly recommend renting a compact car so that parking is less stressful.

The condo was perfect for our family of four including kids ages 21 and 17. We loved sitting out on the lanai to soak in the views in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. The pool and beach access were great! We so enjoyed watching the turtles come when the tides were right. The overall location was perfect for us allowing us to explore both north and south beaches. Such a great trip for making family memories!!

Miranda’s beachfront place was beautiful. It’s was clean and easy to find. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but I have no doubt that Miranda would have been able to take care of any needs right away.
The best part…location! You open the door to a beautiful view and it’s just a few steps to the beach. We enjoyed beach time in front of the condo and outdoor dinner at the table overlooking the water.
Oh. And the turtles. Turtles everywhere!!!

Condo was great! Beautiful views, turtles seen every day, washer & dryer a pkus & the beach chairs & beach towels were much appreciated. 1 complaint & that is the no A/C is not listed on the VRBO listing. Miranda did get us an extra fan but too hot to use kitchen oven.

Our group of four adults and a really nice stay in the Nohonani #106. The location is amazing, and we spent the majority of time on the Lanai. Situated in Honokowai, it is close to a great coffee shop, good take-out restaurants, and a farmer's market that's held several days a week. Easy walking distance to the ABC Store and also to the food truck lot. by the large resorts. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that the sliding doors on both lanais are in dire need of replacement/repair. The screens were a pain to deal with. Also, the lanai furniture could use an upgrade, since much time by visitors is probably spent staring at the gorgeous view. Everything was clean, though, and the apartment had everything you needed for cooking your own meals.

This unit is great! Being on the bottom floor is perfect with kids and the ability to BBQ, eat outside and stand on the ledge over the ocean. January is amazing for whale season and we witnessed multiple whales breaching, tale slapping and so much more, a wonderful treat. The place has easy parking and everything needed to cook meals.
We had the best vacation and can’t wait to come back again. Aloha and Mahalo!

We had a very comfortable stay as a group of three. The ability to walk out from the unit was great. The sound of waves was never far. Appreciated the easy check in.

Of course the location was amazing; we really took notice to the care that was put into making sure we had everything (and I mean everything) we could possibly want or need. We stayed in 3 different locations and nothing compared to the condo. I would like mention that the slider door lock in the living room does need attention and is very difficult to open. Thank you, and I can't wait to stay again!

The property is very nice and the view is amazing!! The pool area was very nice and clean, and they provided boogie boards and beach chairs for our use which was very nice. My only complaint would be how hot the condo was. There are fans which were helpful but it was still very hot in the condo. The breeze was never coming through the doors for the living area or master bedroom.

No place is perfect... but this place is VERY close... location is my favorite, the condo itself well maintained and had ALL the supplies you can want or need... felt homey and comfortable. The property is nice, pool nice, and can’t ask for more than your own beach on the islands... Will be booking here again for our next trip!

Steps from the water, and exactly as pictured. We spent 5 great nights at the condo. Plenty of beautiful sandy beaches within a short drive either way. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Only small complaint was bed in master bedroom could use an upgrade, but listening to the waves all night was great!

We really wish the unit had a sun shade for the lanai. The lanai was unusable from 4pm to sunset as the sun was just too hot. Every single unit at Nohonani has a sun shade except for this one. Its our fault for not verifying before we booked but we wanted to let future renters know.

We loved staying at this condo. It was much better than we expected. It has an incredible ocean view and amazing sunset views. We loved that it is an end unit with privacy and no neighbors in sight. It worked great for entertaining with the bbq just steps away (around the corner) that no one used so it was like our private bbq. Being a ground floor unit, we enjoyed walking out to the patio, grass and ocean, with no stairs. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish/appliance/pan we needed. The bed was really comfortable too. We really enjoyed listening to the waves at night. With the ceiling fans and ocean breezes, there was no need for air conditioning. It is also centrally located in West Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua (our two favorite beaches) with easy access to shopping and dining. I would totally recommend this condo and will try to book it for our next Maui vacation. It is a great value. Miranda, the property manager was also very nice and helpful. She definitely has the "aloha" spirit.

I traveled with two friends and we loved this beachfront condo. Beautiful views and a welcoming community. Our trip was during the off season and at that time, at least, it was a quiet place to stay in a great location. The condo is outfitted with most everything you'd need. They even left us a starter packet of coffee, a very sweet touch. There's free wifi and a phone. We didn't use the TV but there is one and it has plenty of stations. The master suite is quite nice. The back room can get stuffy so use the fans and if you are heat sensitive, consider visiting in the cooler months. It was clean and a mellow space. The onsite manager is great and everything was smooth with the management company. I'd book here again.

The corner unit on the ground floor was amazing!! Spent our days and nights sitting on the patio watching the sunrise, rainbows, turtles, and sunsets with zero obstructions! We will definitely be coming back.

THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT. THE INTERIOR IS NICE, HOWEVER NEEDS SOME ATTENTION TO REPAIRS. WE HAD SEVERAL LIGHT BULBS OUT AND THE ONE IN THE CEILING FAN IN THE MAIN BEDROOM NEVER DID WORK. THE DOOR STOP IN THE MAIN BEDROOM BATHROOM WAS HANGING HALF OUT OF THE DOOR WHEN WE ARRIVED, DRAGGING ON THE FLOOR EACH TIME THE DOOR CLOSED AND EVENTUALLY FALLING OUT OF THE DOOR. THE PATIO DOOR SCREENS DO NOT OPERATE WELL. THE BEDROOM ONE WAS ON UPSIDE DOWN WHEN WE ARRIVED (WE OWN A GLASS BUSINESS). MY HUSBAND INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY, HOWEVER THE SCREEN IS TOO SHORT FOR THE DOOR AND THE ROLLERS NEED REPLACED, MAKING IT UNUSABLE. THE HALL CLOSET DOORS WERE ACTUALLY PROPPED UP AGAINST THE BEDROOM WALL BECAUSE THEY HAD COME OFF PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. I FELT THIS WAS A SAFETY ISSUE HAD SOMEONE BEEN THERE WITH SMALL CHILDREN. SOME OF THE LOUVERED WINDOWS WOULD NOT OPEN DUE TO THE MECHANISM BEING BROKE. THE TOILET IN THE BATHROOM WOULD RANDOMLY FLUSH ON IT'S OWN. MANY OF THESE ARE MINORS REPAIRS. TOO BAD THEY WERE NOT ADDRESSED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. THE MAIN BEDROOM MATTRESS IS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AS ARE THE PILLOWS. WE WOKE UP EACH MORNING TO AN ACHING BACK. THE BEDSPREAD HAS BLOOD STAINS ON IT AND NEEDS REPLACED AS WELL. IT WOULD BE NICE FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON TURNING THE TV ON. AFTER CALLING, WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE LIVING ROOM ONE TO TURN ON, BUT COULD NEVER GET THE BEDROOM ONE TO. IT IS A NICE UNIT BEING ON THE END IT IS FAIRLY PRIVATE, BUT NEEDS SOME ATTENTION.

This was our third visit to Nohonani 106. Very comfortable and the location is convenient to shops and beach. We can't wait to visit again!

we have stayed at many places in maui, this isn't our favorite but it's a great place to stay. We rented with four adults which there was alot of space for us to be there for two weeks. the condo had what we needed for the kitchen and kitchen was upgraded. the mattresses are a bit dated and uncomfortable. both rooms, was glad to go home to my own bed. lots of turtles and if you have kids, it's perfect minus the rock wall. would highly recomend this place for anyone traveling to maui

Our family enjoyed our stay in Nohonani 106. Located on the ground floor on the south corner of the building our lanai felt private and had morning sun as well as sun throughout the day! The ground floor was great for our toddler who loved running around on the grass. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was conveniently located to the condo. Nohonani is a great small condo building with a pool right on a small sandy beach (with turtles), walking distance to some shops, grocery, restaurants and a nice beach park. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful oceanfront condo. Can't get closer to the water than this! Condo is spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

This is a boutique size property that is so well maintained and the unit is extremely well stocked and cared for... can't wait to visit again!

Awesome ocean view, the most stunning sunset. Kids love to see turtles swimming, crabs on the beach, and boats passing by. This is the perfect unit to stay if you want privacy, convenience to the beach and paranomic oceanview. Not for you if you want luxurious resort style stay.

This unit is perfect for our family. Corner unit with privacy, directly on the ocean.
We will be back next year!

The condo is beautiful and is in a wonderful location on the ground floor just steps from the ocean. We went to sleep every night listening to the ocean and woke up to ocean views. The condo is fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is terrific,within walking distance of a farmers market, a coffee shop with ATM, restaurants and a fish market. The private beach is very nice and the grounds are well maintained and very pretty. The ability to walk out the patio door and sit by the ocean watching sea turtles feed while drinking my morning coffee was priceless. The management company was very responsive and sent someon to fix a frozen garbage disposal the next morning after we called.
